bd303 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request or when your Account activity triggers an internal review. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by bd303 may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
bd303 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bd303 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by bd303 from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the receiving bank. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, you should contact bd303 customer support and provide the transfer receipt for investigation.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bd303 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source account, and your Account may be suspended pending review.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined. bd303 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount.

Where a Player has accepted a bonus offer, any applicable Wagering Requirement must be satisfied in full before the bonus-derived portion of the Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not associated with an active bonus are freely withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

Bonus Funds that have not been used, or for which the Wagering Requirement has not been completed, within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account balance. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
